What: The MHPN team took part in the conference “Les médiations au regard de l’Anthropocène.” Our contribution, titled “Reflexive Storytelling: The DNA of the Museum of Postnatural History,” offered an on-site mediation experience involving active participation from the audience.

Co-organized by the HEP-VS and the Valais Nature Museum, the conference invited participants to reflect on the role and significance of mediation practices as moments that create a pause—an opportunity to reconsider the relationship between knowledge and practice. It also encouraged viewing knowledge not only as something to be transmitted, but as something shaped, produced, and carried through its uses.
